Old Post Office Site, Waltham Chase

Ryzo Construction Ltd was awarded the contract to deliver groundwork and infrastructure for four new build homes in the village of Waltham Chase. Our scope of work included all groundworks, encompassing drainage, utility services, earthworks, foundations, flooring, and external works—successfully completed within the 10-week programme.

Following the initial phase, Ryzo Construction has returned to site to complete the final surface course tarmac, paving, and landscaping, ensuring a high-quality finish to the development.
